Dear members,
The Hungarian Vizsla Club of Victoria will hold its Annual General Meeting on Sunday 15th December 2024 commencing 1:30pm, at the Group 3 ring at KCC Park - 655 Westernport Highway, Skye. We will hold the AGM in conjunction with an All Breeds Show on that day, and so we will hold the meeting in a gazebo identified with the HVCV banner outside, at the Group 3 ring on Exhibition Area 1.
If you have ever wondered about showing and would like to watch and learn more, you are welcome to attend before/after the AGM and speak with us about this.
Attached is the 2024 Agenda and Committee Nomination Form. All nominations for Committee must be received by the Secretary at the address provided on the form prior to 5pm on 22nd November 2024.
In the event of an election being required, if you will be unable to attend the AGM and wish to register for a postal vote please apply to the Secretary at the address provided on the form by 5pm on FRIDAY 29 November 2024.
