The Hungarian Vizsla Club of Victoria will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Saturday 27th November 2021 commencing 11:00am, at KCC Park - 655 Westernport Highway, Skye, COVID-19 restrictions allowing. We will distribute further advice in the event that restrictions are not relaxed as anticipated.
We expect Victoria should be at either at Phase C or D of its Roadmap for COVID restrictions. The details of Phase D are unclear at this time, but based on Phase C the COVID restrictions in place may mean only fully vaccinated members may be able to attend, and the meeting will be held outdoors. We will advise closer to the date the specific requirements. We are requesting members RSVP to register their attendance so we can make sure we comply with the restrictions in place at the time.
Please only attend if you do not have any signs or symptoms of COVID-19, and you are not a contact required to isolate. Please bring your own chairs, food and drink (if you wish), and hand sanitiser.
We will advise the exact location within KCC Park for the meeting in due course and we will have our signs up on the day so you will be able to locate us.
We are looking forward to seeing you, and know many will be keen to hear news of a Funday. We hope to advise soon about when and where our next Funday will be.
