HUNGARIAN VIZSLA CLUB OF VICTORIA |
We welcome Vizsla owners and enthusiasts in Victoria, Australia and Overseas to join our club. |
The Hungarian Vizsla Club of Victoria (HVCV) was established in Melbourne in 1988. We welcome members and enthusiasts, and offer many services including Puppy Referrals, Breed & Breeders' Information, and Vizsla Rescue and Rehousing.
We also provide the following services for our members:
Information: Reassurance and guidance to new owners.
Newsletter: Members receive "Russet Rumours" a periodic newsletter containing information about club activities and news about Vizslas.
Fun Days: Are held regularly for owners and their dogs to get together and socialise. These events are especially good for those who are thinking about getting a Vizsla as they can speak to the many pet owners who come along.
Club Events: The club holds annual Championship Shows, an Obedience Trial, Rally-O Trial, Agility/Jumping Trial and an Endurance Test. We also hold introductory training days for some of these events.
Membership of the HVCV means belonging to the only VCA affiliated club formed and maintained for the furtherment of the Hungarian Vizsla breed and the interests of Hungarian Vizsla owners.
